We recognise that our work often forms part of a much larger project often comprising multiple suppliers, dependencies and complexities particularly in the case of our larger commercial customers. Our ability to be agile and flexible is enabled by our internal project management & governance. We can seamlessly integrate into your process electronically or otherwise and are happy to provide Project plans, updates and progress tracking against target.
Our commitment to deliver a great result doesn’t just start when we pick up our tools – In our experience delivering a great end result is wholly dependent on careful planning and thought right at the outset. Our team is on-hand to guide you through the critical early part of a project, in the case of our Architect & Interior design customers we often act as an extension of their business as subject matter experts.
The experience we have gained through many hundreds of applications, materials knowledge, fit & finish options can help to mitigate “budget creep” and avoid lengthy time delays and bottlenecks in a project plan. Trojanwood are not afraid to challenge the brief, your budget is our budget our aim is to ensure you receive the highest quality best-fit result essential for happy customers & building long-term relationships.

It’s at this point where your ideas become reality, either in the form of the end application or through a prototype. Prototyping is a great way in which to “test” a design application; allowing us to test multiple options and quickly troubleshoot challenges safeguarding a quality, on target build.
We employ a blend of traditional design techniques coupled with modern CAD applications to visualise our goal whether our product is stand-alone or how it fits as a component part of a bigger picture. We are equally happy to work within an existing design or facilitate a blank sheet design.
Once the Design Phase has been signed off and the right materials selected for the project our craftsmen come to the fore bringing to bear time honoured cabinet making techniques no matter how simple or outlandish the design.
We only use premium quality materials, woods, veneers, finishes and hardware from trusted suppliers with whom we’ve developed relationships with over many years. In the workshop Quality is King, nothing happens and nothing leaves without following our meticulous quality process checks and sign offs.
We recognise that we can’t do it all (much as we’d like to) to that end we have forged working relationships with a number of third-party specialist companies that complement and often form an integral part of what we do.
Increasingly as projects grow in ambition & complexity our Architect and Design partners ask us to take some of the project strain through managing an artisan supply chain, something we are delighted to do.
Our partners include but not limited to;
Our work is not complete until the customer is 100% satisfied. Trained to the highest standards, professional & courteous our fitters have installed our projects in as little as 30 minutes through to 3 month multi-party installations both domestically & internationally. Last minute tweaks, providing service booklets & after care manuals are all in a day’s work for the install team ensuring that your furniture continues to look amazing long after we’ve left the site.
